"I received excellent care, both personal and professional."
"Horrible office. The staff are completely lazy and incompetent. I was prescribed a medication that needs a prior authorization. For 6 months they can’t fill the paperwork out properly. The insurance company specifically states what is needed but they are too lazy to fill it out correctly. I have taken the denial letter to them twice, with the information highlighted. Still they don’t do their job. I’ve been waiting for months for an MRI, again, no paperwork from them. I am forced to drive there every few weeks to try to discuss the issues. They make me wait in the front until I’m too frustrated to stay. Never being able to see anyone. Instead I have to make an appointment, pay a 50$ copay, just to try to get the paperwork filled out for things THEY ordered. They shouldn’t even be in business. The doctor is nice enough and promises all things. Nothing ever comes to fruition. Multiple patients have been in with the same issues as I wait to be seen. Complete ignorance."
"Dr Alonso was very caring and attentive. However, a doctors staff is what really makes a doctor. He ordered numerous tests which they will not book for me. He sent a prescription in and the staff will not fill out the pre authorization to be filled. I actually drove to the office to try to take care of these things. The staff just tells you what you want to hear and then continue to do nothing. It’s very disconcerting because Dr Alonso was actually very knowledgeable and caring. If you are going for a one time visit or do not need any continuous medication or tests, you’re golden. Otherwise, avoid this practice."
