"Horrible front desk and receptionists. Called 3 times today to set up an appointment for migraines. There were 2 hours between each call, and I was put on hold for 10-20 minutes each time. No hello, no checking back in."
"Do not waste your time going to this office. My first and last appointment was on 04/27/22. I paid that day and have the paper receipt. I received a bill on 7/18/22 stating I owed that money. I called and spoke to a women in their billing department on 8/8/22. She confirmed all had been paid. Great! Now I have received another bill dated 8/15/22 saying I still owe the money and now I’m in collections. Seriously?!? I spoke with a different women today 8/22/22 who stated to me the women who I need to talk to won’t be back till 8/24/22 and I should send her my copy. No! I should not have to send you a copy of something you should have documented in your system on 4/27/22! I am going to the post office today to send all of this certified and signature required. This is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. I am also reporting you to the BBB. I shouldn’t have to do any of this."
"Dr. Rodriguez (son) is great. He takes his time to listen to you, is very professional and respectful and provides great care. Front receptionist is nice and always looks to help you as much as she can. I've been a patient here since 2017 on and off."
"Dr. Rafael M. Rodriguez is a good doctor but the front desk representative and the billing department are terrible. The front desk rep is very rude, confused and never returns phone calls and the billing department is inexistent. They do not apply payments appropriately and it is impossible to speak to them."
