"As always my questions were answered, the wait time was short, and all of the people I came in contact with in the office were professional and courteous. I am so glad I found a compassionate group of cardiologists and other professionals! This was posted to the wrong group. My review for this group: I was looking for a good GI doctor and it looks like I found one. This visit I chose to see the nurse practitioner. Marty was thorough. She discussed my concerns and her recommendations with me. Even though they were short staffed she did not rush through my appointment. The office staff were friendly and professional. You could tell that they enjoyed their job, and they supported each other by helping each other out. I saw them at the end of a difficult day and they were still smiling and friendly."

"NP Jennifer and her med tech were great and well worth the location problem and wait. When I scheduled my appointment, they told me it was in Brandon and even gave me the address to the Brandon office. The day before the appointment, I received a message that the appointment was in Sun City Center, which is quite a ways away from my home. We arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment, and waited another 30 minutes to be seen. So, about 45 minutes to get in. However, the knowledge and professionalism of the med tech and NP made it well worth the effort, for me."

"When I first went in, everyone was great! Super responsive. But after my appointment, I made another appointment for a procedure. Over the last two and a half weeks, I've called 4 times and left messages to reschedule my appointment. The first three was with the scheduling person with the message saying they would contact me within two business days, but I haven't heard anything. I then called and tried speaking to a manager, but again was sent to a voicemail, in which it said they would contact me within one business day. I finally sent them a direct message three days ago asking them to contact me back so I can just reschedule. Unfortunately, at this point I still don't have anyone contacting me. I didn't think I had to beg someone to contact me to just to reschedule my appointment, especially when I left messages with the scheduling person and a manager."
