"Visited the locksmith on Bonita Beach Road on 7/13/22 and had two keys that I needed duplicated. He was able to do only one key and charged us $18 for each key…unreal.. then he said he would have to get the template for the second key from their Naples office and that it would be $38/key….however he never called us back about follow up on the key.I even called him back and talked to another employee and he said he would give the guy that did our keys a message. He never called me back, I went to a locksmith in north Naples who had the template and made me two keys for $8 per key. Really, what is wrong with that picture?? I would give zero stars for that ripoff. Never again. There are other much less expensive locksmiths that are more reliable. I feel bad for letting him overcharge me the first time. To the owner who responded below. You did not address why the locksmith I dealt with did not follow up on the keys Ashe said he would, and did not return my phone call. He had my name and number. You are only as strong as your weakest point and that should be addressed. Reviews are very important so other potential customers know with whom they are dealing."

"Cannot speak highly enough of this place. I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped me but I came in to get a locked roof rack removed from my car. I arrived shortly after they opened and he was able to unlock it and remove it in less than 20min. I am very pleased with the service I received. Would recommend."
