"Went into this store yesterday before noon with a friend. I guess I didn’t look like the perfect customer? I was totally ignored, and my friend was waited on. We were the only two people in the store. I wasn’t asked if I needed help a single time? The customer service is really disappointing for such a gorgeous store!"

"I just had the most fabulous customer service experience. While shopping at Ivory Coast last week (one of their stores on St. Armand Circle), the salesperson and I got chatting and one of my necklaces didn't make into the bag. Here I am, a week later, and I get a call at work from the store, apologizing for forgetting the necklace and asking for a mailing address to ship it to me! Amazing. I assumed I had lost it while traveling. The clothes are beautiful, too -- I've already gotten multiple compliments on the two shirts I bought. I will be back as often as I can."

"Tried to return two dresses a day after I bought them. BOTH times the sales assistants were rude and aggressive towards me. Telling me off for being so dense to ask for a return. They tried to tell me that the tiny sign stating no returns and the fact that EVERY RETAILER on the circle at St Armand’s doesn’t allow returns! Should be sufficient for me to realize it was my fault. I have lived here and been coming here since 1990s Black and White store offers 60 day return policy. Most other decent boutiques do this. Never shopping here again. I made mistake of not reading sign but no one mentioned this policy as I check out! Not going to make mistake of being Told off by sales clerks! No thanks."

"Tracie and a lovely TCU lady were AMAZING! Made me feel so welcome. They were classy, sophisticated and FUN. They are a rare gem for an out of towner who came in dressed like a beach bum. They didn't give it a second thought, they had me try on so many dresses and were honest about what looked good and not so flattering. I'd give them a BILLION stars if I could. Can't wait to come back."

"The clothes are unique and pretty but very disappointed with the customer service. My sister in law was greeted but I was totally ignored. I ended up buying the jumpsuit that was suggested for my sister in law by Lisa the salesperson who did not greet me or pay any attention to me. She assumed I was just looking and not buying. Was I not dressed enough or did I not look like I have money? Big mistake. I love my jumpsuit but I don't like the way I was ignored."
