"In Aug 2020, I contracted with Parrish and Sons to paint my house and to address some other concerns with my hardy plank siding and tongue and groove wood porch ceiling. During his assessment of the hardy plank siding he was able to address my issues with the gaps in the siding by inserting flashing behind the hardy plank and they used finish nails to hold the flashing in place. After, they caulked the gaps to prevent wind driven rain water intrusion. The pine tongue and groove ceiling on the front porch was mildewed and turning ugly brown and black. His personnel were able to expertly clean it and refinish it to where it looks brand new. He offered me a service which I have only seen on flight lines on Air Force bases. He can fill in the expansion joints of a concrete driveway. The product prevents grass from growing in the joints and more important it prevents ants from using it as a pathway from your yard to your house. Parrish and Sons, uses Sherwin Williams products which was a big deal for us. All in All, I am very satisfied with the service provided and the price."
