"I went to Amity Lock & Safe to ask about my safe that wouldn’t open. My digital lock stopped working. After some discussion, he went and looked for a used digital keypad similar to the one I have. I asked how much and he said he wasn’t comfortable selling a used keypad since he had no way of knowing how old it was or if it would even work, but he offered to loan it to me to see if I could at least get the safe open. I couldn’t have been more impressed. What an excellent display of l customer service! After trying it at home, it was clear that the keypad worked but the mechanical click inside the safe seemed weak and would open the bolt. I went to return the lock in the after hours drop and decided to call before I did to let them know it would be there. When Dave answered, he listened to my story and encouraged me not to drop it just yet but instead try a few things he would do if I asked him to come out. I did just that and my safe is now open. I am so impressed with their attitude toward customer service. They aren’t just trying to sell you something, they are actively building trust and establishing future loyal customers. "I called this company spoke with amber, she told me I need to buy a ignition, so I went out and spent $50 at advance, the next day I called to get it installed and programmed this time I spoke with Justin Owner. He stated i don’t know why she made you do that. He said they should be able to make a key even tho I explained I had two other company’s out and they couldn’t get it to start, he said he for sure could get it to start, his father came out to try to get my 2000 4 runner, to start after trying for an hour he stayed I needed a new ECU, because they can only be programmed once, which is false, they first stated I needed to still pay $295 for coming out charged me $140 after I complained and I was still in the same position as when they first arrived, I was upset, and try to express myself to son Justin he didn’t want to hear anything I had to say hung up on me. Later on that afternoon I called another company they fixed the car in an hour flashed my ECU for $400 I’m in on new key $590, now when I should have just called my local locksmith for $400 my car is ripped a part nothing was put back, door panel, glove box, under steering wheel!"

"This company is amazing and I highly recommend them. I have used them to replace two key fobs and both are still working great! Their pricing is very fair affordable. The dealership was going to charge me $300 to replace fob and then another $100 to program it. I paid less than $100 for a new fob including programming."
