"Avoid at all costs. I wasted 3 weeks of my time and my entire day today just waiting for plumbers to come. About 3 weeks ago I scheduled plumbers to come and look at the issue. They were busy, so first availability was a week later and I took that appointment. During their visit and diagnostics they said that the internal valve as well as the shower kit need to be replaced and they placed an order and we had to wait. Even though parts were there in a few days, their schedule is so busy that my appointment was exactly a week later after they identified the issue. And now the most interesting part (!). They were supposed to come between 10am-12pm. At 11.40am I called their office and they apologized for the waiting and they said plumbers were on their way. At 12.30pm nobody was here. I called their office again and after a quick call with their workers they confirmed that plumbers will be here in 10 minutes, that’s what their GPS said! Do I need to continue? Yes, they didn’t show up and Plumbing by Paul office never called to try to resolve the issue. Just stay away from this business."

"We had crews out twice (for two unrelated problems), and got great service both times. Steve and Alejandro handled the first part and Brian and Scott did the second. Both were very tricky jobs on a 70-year old house, and both crews were extremely careful, professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They explained everything they were doing and why they recommended the choices they did (as well as including us in the final decision). The work was clean and good-looking, and their clean-up was impeccable. I would hire them again in a shot."

"Brian came over when my kitchen sink pipe leaked and he gave me a free estimate. I normally do some shopping before making a commitment to such a service. But one plumber never got back to me and Brian came by after work, which was a plus. I was given the option to purchase a sink on my own or have them supply the sink. Brian told me everything I needed to know in order to purchase it on my own and offered to come over on a Saturday to install…which is super convenient since I work full time. In all, it took two hours, and now I have a brand new kitchen sink—clean, sleek, and deeper than the old sink. I also have a new, tall faucet with a sprayer, which is better for cleaning dishes and the sink overall. Brian removed all the garbage (old sink, pipes and boxes), and cleaned up his work area when he was done. While he was here, he gave me some estimates on other plumbing repairs or replacements I’ll be considering. Very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!"

"I've used this company several times and they do good work. This last time, there was a bump in the road, and it took a minute to get it straightened out. But Resse did a great job! I now have a working tub, and I couldn't be happier. The owner helped get some missed communication straightened out. All in all a good experience."

"I called plumbing by Paul for the first time after seeing many recommendations and I’m so glad I did. David did a great job. I was very happy with the absolute professionalism of the receptionist as well as David. He snaked the main sewer line, replaced washing machine valves, replaced shower head pipe and even replaced the hose bibs outside. Lots of attention to detail and a great price. 10/10 recommended. Will be calling them for all future plumbing needs."
