"After two other companies came out to “diagnose” my issue - only to have me say no thank you - Kevin and his apprentice said my hybrid hot water tank for the house needed exactly what the manufacturer said it was. The part was shipped from the mfg and it was replaced and running perfectly before they left. Not only is he a great plumber but he’s an awesome technician and an effective communicator who knows the job. Both of these men were customer friendly and did not speak down to me like other companies did. Is the cost of labor a little higher? Yes. But after seeing everything that was done to get my appliance back up and running, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. It is very true - you get what you pay for and more with this Company. Kevin did not leave until he showed me everything that was completed and the water was getting hot again. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 5 stars all the way around!"

"We were having tile laid in our bathroom and the shut off valve broke and started leaking. Frank was able to come out and replace it and get our tile guys back up and running. Great service and quality work at a fair price, Will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing needs!"

"I am giving Roman Plumbing and Air Inc. 10 Plus stars. We can not say enough about the 2 residential service specialists, Robert and Kenny. They both were professional, as well as, friendly. They always made sure we were informed of what they were doing. We have a 1972 mobile home that had the original copper pipe. Robert came out for another issue, (which he fixed) and we discussed repiping. After that was decided tp be done we went with the PVC repiping and had all the mobile done. We also went with a filtration system and new fixtures in the shower. This was a very big job and took a few days to complete. We are so glad we made the decision to go this route. Many thanks to Robert and Kenny for a job well done. They fixed a lot of things that had been done previously by other "professionals". They ran into a few hiccups but in the end all is fixed and usable. Thank you to Stephanie for all the help and advise you gave us. "Robert came to look at our old water heater and thinking we needed a simple repair with a supply line hose Robert went over the old water heater completely with me. We discovered all the hoses and valves were corroded with blockage inside the supply line hoses. The old water heater was also rusted at the bottom in the back not very visible..So, we chose to have a new one installed.. So thankful we did.. Remember you get what you pay for and using Roman Plumbing and their employee Robert were there to help. Quality work and very nice people to deal with I highly recommend…. And thank you to Stephanie for getting Robert here so quickly my wife and I greatly appreciate it.. Outstanding all the way around cannot be more pleased .."
