"I have been to Dr Shvartzman’s Orange Park office 3 times (so far .. more cysts to be removed). Each time I’ve been greeted by a smile and treated with care and respect by the nurses and PAs. This morning Alex and Danii did an excellent job getting me numbed up before the procedure. Alex wielded the lidocaine needle expertly and Danii distracted me by using the “tap” technique thereby keeping me focused on other than the application of the lidocaine. Thank you both so much! I was completely numbed up for Dr Shvartzman’s excision which went perfectly. Thank you Doctor!"

"waited 45 minutes just to get into room, another 20 in the room. No explanation. It is inconsiderate to assume a patient’s time is not as valuable as theirs. No explanation of the procedure prior- 2 stitches turned into 5. Did not go over what they were doing until I asked questions. Would not go back if I need mole removal again."
