"We flew in for a vacation and these people are amazing! From the ground guide guys to the front desk people, everyone was very friendly, helpful and fun. There was problem with our rental car (the reservation was made online and not through Sheltair) that we had reserved and the lady (I'm sorry I forget her name) was able to save the day for us on a Sunday morning! She went above and beyond to help us! The guys on the flight line were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable on advising us on many things. They helped unload the plane, cover it and anything else that we would need. The prices are very fair for their tie downs, fuel, and other needs. The FBO is very nice, clean, and you can get water, snacks and amazing cookies. We were very pleased with our experience here! We would highly recommend them and when we visit the area again, we will be sure to use their services. We also used the Sheltair in Ocala and they were just as kind."
