"No online services. No over-the-counter permits, no notes for inspections given to the inspector. No same day inspection results."

"I have sent emails to Community Development code enforcement. With Pictures I have left countless phone messages. Requesting information concerning dilapidation in a structure. In the plumbing of the structure. Causing contaminated water to exit out the taps in the rented apartment. There is metals and rust particles in the water. Discolored water of yellow, green, orange & Brown coming from the taps. Water also has a metallic smell. I have also sent emails to District 4 representative with pictures. I have contacted Pinellas County Code Enforcement and their response is this is Gulfport jurisdiction. Community Development code enforcement should at least reply."
