"Just purchased a home in here not too long ago, and so far so good! Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I do see some of them are older reviews, but so far the park and park manager has been great"
"Made a huge mistake buying in here. Can't do anything about it now. Park owner is a known cat killer. He is currently (as of 10/18/22) trying to evict people over something as ridiculous as having potted plants. Hey, Scott Prickert, if you want my mobile, buy it! Stop being a despicable excuse for a man, that doesn't care about families with children, and buy the houses you're trying to run people out of. You should know, that if my family is evicted, this mobile will come with us. Even if we take it, piece by piece.So many reasons to hate this place and 90 percent of them have to do with the owner, Scott Prickert...wait Scott Rickert. Don't buy here. It's gross."
"I loved there to two years they say it's a family park but there are So many rules it's like living in a jail your child isn't really aloud to do anything there is alot of drug use and always party's loud music no one does anything about it the property management plays favoritism not a good place to live it's not worth the money they charge to live there nothing for kids to do there so when they run around or ride there bikes or anything they get in trouble by management"
