"We have lived here over 2 years now. This community is awesome! I guarantee you won't be sorry moving here in Regency Heights. They have so many amenities including a large dog park,yes we love our fur babies. The management and staff are kind courteous, and keep this park meticulous. You don't just move here,you become family. Anna is the manager here and it is not just a job to her,she genuinely cares about each resident. This park is quiet,clean and full of wonderful,loving people. I guarantee if you live here , it's the best decision you will ever make."
"One of the best 55 parks on the West Coast. You really get a lot for your rent. So many fun activities and wonderful caring neighbors. Close to everything but yet you feel like you are in the country. Great management will to go the extra mile for residents. Wish I had never moved over to the east coast."
"Went looking at new mobile homes. There are no models there. Inquired about prices. Asked for manager to call me. Never did. Secretary relayed info 3 working days later. Guess manager didn't feel I was worth her time."
