"We purchased an HP laptop this afternoon and had various electronics questions when checking out. We met Mr Vinnie a young associate who was very profesional and patient with us, we were very impressed by his knowledge and helpful attitude, even his co worker asked questions on her customers behalf and Vinnie was very helpful. I would say he is a big asset to Best Buy we need more young people with similar professionalism. Looking forward to working with him again when making a purchase."

"I was looking for a holder to screw on my tripod that would hold my ipad in place. Julia was extremely helpful and spent at least 20 minutes helping me find it. She looked on the phone several times looking up what exactly Best Buy carried with this model, compared the name brands, and really made sure I had the right model. If she continues that customer service I can see her moving up early in her career. Great job young lady!"

"First let me say I have never written a review of anyone or any thing in all my 78 years! But this was so bad I felt I had to say something. Horrible experience trying to talk to someone at the store on the phone. When I went into the store and purchased a printer, the sales person was very nice and helpful. But when I tried to get help with installation of a printer over the phone, I could not talk to a person in the store at all. Each time I called I was transferred to someone out of country. I even paid for Geek support. I was chatting with support and they just stopped responding. I will return the printer and never return to Best Buy again! I wasted an entire afternoon of my life."

"Update: i went to GameStop and got it the same day, cheaper price Best Buy lost a customer game stop gained one. Although I shop here for almost any technology thing to exist, I recently ordered a streaming camera inside the store and was told I’d receive the item 6 days later. I got the package, but when i opened it. It was empty the package was emptyyyyyy and it wasn’t the delivery people’s fault because the package was unharmed. Here are some pictures, i couldn’t get a refund and if i wanted a replacement for my item I personally had to call a 800 number to tell them my issue and id rather not do that knowingly it takes 1/2 hours to get ahold of someone so i just decided to just let the $64 go down the drain."
