"In Sept of 2022 we had recently found out I was pregnant, we had other plans set that would have taken several years. We came across Scott At Sun Valley in Oct of 2022. We were able to close on contract, build from the ground up, and move into our new home by May 2023. It was unreal! Our little one was born at the perfect time on June 4th 2023. We couldn’t be more greatly for Scott and his team that worked so fast and hard to helping us establish our new home with in a crazy short period of time. Thank you all again for making this effortless and and amazing experience! We can not thank you enough!"
"Unfortunately most of us who live(d) in SunValley and Knew/know Christy; this is one of the hardest losses. She was my best friend; we had so much fun cooking for the park, mingling and smiles and laughter. We knew whay she moved out and we knew this day was coming, but we always hoped th status would change. Now she will be up there in heaven Smiling down on all of us with here big smile and personalty. She will be bringing the sunshine to all. It is hearbreaking in the Hillsgrove residence. She is in a good place now."
"Interesting how the highly rated reviews aren't from people who actually live here. Lots of hidden issues that a casual drive through doesn't show. Poor infrastructure, unresponsive manager, rules are constantly changing and not communicated unless you can attend some meetings in person, many houses fail to meet any sort of "premier" park standards... On the positive side, some of the outside lots are beautiful and the houses aren't crammed in together as much as in other parks."
