"I am very disappointed. I went in on Sunday to get a couch and love seat through financing which went great, Jay was very nice through the process. Although the day before the furniture was supposed to get delivered, I get a late night call stating that it wouldn't and I could come get the floor model for a discount the next day. When I get there the next day they said they no longer do financing so I would have to take the floor model at full price. Terrible experience and now my credit score went down because of that. I ended up canceling since there is no way I'm taking a floor model for full price."

"I stopped by looking for a dinette table. The sales girl without asking me did a credit inquiry and when she saw my buying power kept adding warranties and delivery charges to my purchase. She was told 3 separate times we did not need delivery. She told us if we get our table delivered for $190 we will get our table in 2-3 days. Otherwise we have to wait until 6/17 for our purchase and we are not guaranteed our item. Did not make sense and when I questioned the process, the response again did not make sense. She agreed to remove the delivery charge and warranty and gave me her tablet to start signing. When I asked to see my total. An $899 dinette set (without tax) turned into a $1650 total. My husband was so upset he wanted to cancel it and walk out in which the store manager got involved. The sales woman lied and said I changed my mind on the delivery and warranty however my husband jumped in to correct her. It was the worst experience. Buyer beware. Do not sign any agreement unless you see your total purchase amount and it’s your money, you decide if you want delivery of $190 and a warranty on chairs that can be replaced without a warranty at a feasible amount. I will never buy there again ."

Giovanni went out of his way assisting me. His manager was also incredible, very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend for Conn’s all your furniture needs. Thank you!! Michael H."
