Our mission is to empower families by helping them understand their child’s sleep disorder and providing tailored treatments, comprehensive sleep studies, and continuous follow-up care. Our multidisciplinary team is composed of board-certified pulmonologists, sleep medicine specialists, neurologists, psychologists, and dedicated sleep technologists. We value every family as an integral part of the care team, involving you in every step of the treatment process.

Understanding that sleep disorders in children can be complex and often behavioral, we offer personalized treatment plans to help your child develop healthy sleep habits. Our sleep psychologist works closely with each family to eliminate barriers to optimal sleep hygiene, using methods like behavior modification, reinforcement techniques, and reward systems.

Upon your first visit, you will receive a sleep diary to help us track progress and adjust your child’s treatment plan as needed. Our facilities are designed to be calming and child-friendly, ensuring a comfortable experience during sleep studies. We also offer educational videos, available in both English and Spanish, to help you prepare for your child’s sleep study.

At CHOC Sleep Center, we offer two convenient outpatient locations: one across from CHOC Hospital in Orange and another at CHOC at Mission Hospital. Our comprehensive care includes access to over 30 subspecialties, ensuring a holistic approach to your child's sleep disorder.

For children who require CPAP/BiPAP therapy, we provide specialized titration studies and follow-up care to ensure effective treatment. Our team of experts, including a psychologist and pulmonologist, will support your child in adapting to CPAP/BiPAP use, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
