"I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a specific day for 9 am. The rude receptionist by the name of Tatiana, called me literally at 330 pm the day before and say that the doctor will be busy with someone else and that I need to rescheduled. sShe advise me that she is HELPING me move my appointment to another day. Really helping me ?!! I am only off on certain days and she really made feel like a no body. Do not go here if you value your time."

"I was seen by Dr Scott and his team today for a painful wrist. His staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional and Dr Scott was no different. I’ve been seen by a good number of orthopedic doctors for different issues, and my experience is always hit or miss based on the physicians knowledge and judiciousness. I was very impressed by Dr. Scott’s combination of warm bedside manner, knowledge and attention to detail. The office is clean and modern, with plenty of parking. 10/10. Definitely recommend!"

"I went to Dr. Frederick Scott for concerns over a possible broken finger on my left hand. I promptly obtained an appointment. I met with Dr Scott and was x-rayed at the Dr.’s office. After reviewing my x-rays, Dr. Scott advised me that I had a fracture in the joint of my finger. Dr. Scott explained my treatment options and we determined to place a cast on my hand. The Dr.’s assistant promptly put a cast on my hand and explained how to care for the cast. I was very pleased with Dr. Scott’s treatment and responsiveness. I would highly recommend Dr. Scott."

"One of the best medical practices I’ve ever been to. I’ve been injured and sick very often so that’s saying a lot. The staff is happy, there’s great communication, the atmosphere is professional but still warm and friendly. Dr. Scott is empathetic and has incredible precision. He made my treatment pain-free even when I needed numbing shots in a very painful and swollen finger. I’m on day two of healing and I keep waiting to be in pain but he was so gentle and precise I’m still comfortable with just a small dose of Advil. I had a mild but urgent procedure and they saw me within an hour of calling their office even though I was a first-time patient. Incredible doctor and awesome team. Great leadership and it shows."
