"I regret to inform you that my recent experience at your establishment for a simple tire change resulted in significant damage to my vehicle's rim. The level of expertise displayed by your staff was concerning, leading to an unfortunate outcome that necessitates the replacement of both the rim and the tire. Consequently, I cannot recommend your services to others seeking reliable and professional tire care. Don't do it , not worth it!"

"I bought a new lawn tractor and I wanted to change out the rear turf saver tires w/ a pair of “lug” style tires for better traction. I called around and most tire shops wanted a small fortune to swap them out. Not only did Deluxe Tire & Brakes swap them out for next to nothing, they also fixed one tire that was on backwards after I noticed it was on the wrong way (ag/lug style tires are directional). Thanks Joe and Deluxe Tire and Brakes for a job well done!!!"

"We were driving home to Orlando from New Orleans and we got a dent on our rim and so the tire was slowly losing air. We had to keep stopping every 15 mins to add air. As we were driving down I-10 I kept trying to locate a tire shop that was open and that could actually help us. It was Sunday. Most tire and rim places are closed. As we approached Crestview, I found this shop and saw they were open. We called and Joe answered, told us to come by and he would do his best to help us (not every shop can repair a steel rim). We arrived and Joe and the other guy, didn't catch his name, were so polite and went right to work. They were able to get the rim to where the tire wouldn't lose air. I am writing this review as we are driving home and I am so happy to say that what they did worked and we are able to make it home! I can't thank those 2 guys enough!! They make me have faith in humanity again!!"

"We got a slow leak on the tire as we were out of town and it was Sunday. Other tire shops are either closed or couldn’t get us in until Monday. We stopped at your tire shop and Joe got us right in and fixed our tire. He was so pleasant and kind. We were grateful for his professionalism and quick fix for our problem while on vacation. "I had went to a chain store down the road. They told me it would be 24hrs to check out a tire on a rim not on a vehicle. I came here instead. Joe got me right in, helped me out by checking the tire. Took it off a couple times trying to get it to seal. Ended up selling me a good used tire in better shape. Will be back again for sure. Very reasonably priced."
