"If I could rank this experience and shop with more stars I would! From start to finish Bridal Finery blew me away. Booking the appointment was the easy part, but all the small details that they did really made me feel special. From Brittany reaching out to me via phone/ text to confirm appointment and just calling the morning of to get more information about what I was looking for, where the wedding was happening and so on. Then me showing up for my appointment they had my name outside and inside which was a special touch. Those small details go such a long way. But then I got to work with Roberta, I can't thank her enough for making me truly feel so special and beautiful. She took the time to sit down and listen to me and the people I brought with me. She understood right away what I was looking for and nailed it. I truly had such an amazing experience and highly recommend this bridal shop. I mean I knew it would be a great experience by all the highly ranked reviews but they blew me away. Of course I "found my gown" here and I am so excited! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and suggest different looks that would look good on my body type. She has the patience of an angel and is the sweetest ever!!
