"My experience was a mixed bag. The salesperson at the store itself was amazing and went out of his way to help me. On the other hand the appliance pickup part was a disaster! I hired the installation company they recommended and when it came time to pick up the appliance their systems were "down" and they could not hand over the appliance!!! This was made worse by the fact that I traveled to Florida specifically to get the install done. Nobody could help me that day. Incredible! Update: I spoke with the owner and he was very responsive and troubled by my experience. We set a new pickup date and hopefully all goes well. Likely my first experience was out of the ordinary. Update 2: In the end the experience was a good one and hopefully my situation gave the opportunity for Fuse to correct the problem so others don't experience it. I'm adding a star to my review."

"I don’t tend to review anything in mid process, but am making an exception here, as Fuse has sent me multiple text requesting a review. While the sales process in the Naples store was quite good, the follow up with the “Project Success” team who handle the processing of your order and delivery has been extremely disappointing. I tried to follow up with the rep who emailed me initially about ultimate delivery and found it was not possible to be connected to her. I also waited on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes each time I tried (when messages left for her were not returned); automated call back was offered, which I tried and those calls dropped immediately when they rang back. I was promised twice that Kelly would call me back, when other reps ended up picking up the customer service line, even though I followed the phone prompts to get Kelly’s extension directly. When she finally called me back today, probably because I had contacted my sales rep and let him know I would cancel the order at this point, there was no apology or even concern in her voice. Reading other reviews, this appears to be consistent with lack of customer service after purchasing from Fuse. My delivery is next week and truthfully I am very concerned about delivery and installation now. I think I may have made a mistake in choosing this company at this point."
