"Best restaurant I’ve found in a long time! I was so surprised by the quality and even saw another diner call the chef out to compliment the food. I highly recommend the schnitzel (veal) and their pretzels as an appetizer. The staff was so accommodating for my fiancé and I’s anniversary that an extra touch was made for our apple strudel, which was delicious. Overall, a solid 9/10, FANTASTIC quality food and an inviting atmosphere. Will be back!"

"We were welcomed with very generous hospitality at a sophisticated bar, that served quality hand crafted coctails, and all imported wines. We enjoyed three fabulous German dishes including schnitzel, and pork loin with an amazing mushroom gravy. The cucumber salad was light and tasty. Cappuccino was delightful. The Black Forest cake dessert in a dish was very good. And, they now serve lunch so we will return with family."

"Came to have dinner here before the orlando city soccer game and didn’t have a reservation and all the tables are packed so sat at the bar to eat! I was disappointed they didn’t have any grapefruit beer since it’s my fav every time I go to a German restaurant and their menu is small compared to like Hollarbach in Sandord but anyways I got the pretzel with cheese, pork schnitzel, apple strudel and everything was delicious! It was busy so everything did take a while but it was fun talking to the bartenders/servers while I wait for my food to come and it was interesting to see them make the different cocktails! Also make sure to try the truffle fries so good!"

"We came to Schmankerl Stub'n for dinner and we had a full course meal along with cocktails. Overall, the food was delicious and the portions were satisfying even though they seemed small. The atmosphere wasn’t particularly exciting but the staff were very friendly."

"We had a wonderful time this evening during our first dinner visit. First off, we received a really wonderful and welcoming greeting that set the mood for the rest of the experience. Then, Victoria served us at the table and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the food and cocktail menus. My wife got a cocktail, which were designed by a Michelin chef, and loved it. I had a mango-based mocktail that was superb. The food was delectable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pretzel and ornate cheese served alongside. Next the goulash- so good! And the apple strudel is OUT OF THIS WORLD - we were incredibly impressed how delicious it was, particularly with the delectable cream sauce it was served with. Weiner schnitzel was my wife’s meal, served with lingonberry on the side, which my wife (and me) really enjoyed. My only comment is that I wish they served sausages and sauerkraut during dinner. I was really wanting both, but apparently presently, they only serve both at lunch. But, it’s just a reason to try lunch, isn’t it! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have delicious German food in the heart of Orlando. Yum!"
