"We could not have dreamed of a better catering experience for our wedding weekend! Ron and his staff not only catered our wedding but our rehearsal dinner as well! For the rehearsal we had a fish fry and people are still talking about how fresh and perfectly breaded the fish was! It was the perfect Florida fish fry! For our wedding day he really out did himself! The cocktail hour included charcuterie, fresh blackened cilantro fish cups over a bed of tropical rice and avocado, and sesame ahi tuna wonton nachos! Followed up by island salad, juicy prime rib, a honey pineapple ham, roasted veggies, and pasta! Don’t let me forget the delicious cannolis! Every piece of food was down right delightful and the presentation was beautiful! The service was top notch and the entire operation is 10 out of 10! I could not recommend them enough! Thanks Ron and team for helping make our wedding perfect in every detail! You all were awesome!"
