"I'm a patient at Forefront Derm. While I think Dr. Soro is excellent, I think whomever answers the phones to book appointments, is unpleasant. I'm writing this post now after a recent experience, but as I was on the phone with her, I remembered that my previous experience was just as bad, where I would be money, it was the same person. I was so turned off that I said I would reschedule, but called another dermatologist office and booked there. The difference in customer service at the other derm office I called was night and day. I do think Dr Soro is an excellent doctor so I will be back for her but the call center rep or receptionist needs some customer service training."
