"I went to Naples for a week on business and I called this branch all different times of the day Monday through Friday (during normal business hours) and no one answered. I even contacted corporate to see if they could assist me and they could not reach anyone at this location. I went into the branch to handle business matters and there was not one customer in the branch. It did not appear to be a staffing issue because I counted 6 employees just walking around the branch looking for something to do. Two ladies behind the counter were heavily involved in their personal conversation with each other while eating cookies and drinking tea. One lady was talking to me while food was still in her mouth. The branch manager of this location should be embarrassed to operate a Wells Fargo branch that could care less about customer service. In the end, they could not assist me, so I ended up getting an Uber and traveling north. The Wells Fargo at 8700 Corkscrew Rd, Estero, FL 33928 is far superior when it comes to customer service, and they were able to assist me with what I needed. Which leaves me baffled that one branch couldn't help me nor cared to help, but the other one could."

"I went in as a walk in had to get a replacement debit card immediately for some fraud charges on my account , I was immediately greeted by a gentleman Nicholas Shim personal banker helped me out got me in and out despite how busy this branch is. I highly recommend him will continue to go to this branch. Thank you Nicholas"
