"Elevators were always down. Not a place to stay if you have kids. Neighbors complain if you open and close sliding glass doors, more of a retirement place."
"Find someplace else. I don't know where to start. The lobby has carpet on the lower half of the walls and peeling wallpaper on the top half of the walls. The property manager doesn't do anything to fix anyone's problems, and she makes her own hours. All she does to address a situation is to post notices all over the bulding. Since living here for two years, my husband and I had to coordinate with other owners and renters to get their leaks fixed, and we had a horrible waterbug situation that they did nothing about. The security gurards pick on certain people and give a pass to others, and the nosy neighbors on our floor keep taking our laudry out of the washer even though they can go to another floor to do their clothes. If it wasn't for the amazing sunsets, I would have only given this place one star."
