"I am giving this company 2.5 stars because I will meet them in the middle. I was ignorant about the timing of funding versus when I could get my camper installed. I was unavailable for 6 whole days leading up the install date, and that did have an effect on the paperwork. I believe this company could do better by outlining and listing all the paperwork that will need to be done during the first query. I don’t understand why I needed a wet ink document with 2 notary stamps when the other paperwork was through electronic docusign. I felt strung along with a piece of document here and then another one there. I am disappointed with my lack of knowledge and Elite’s lack of communication, and also mis-communication regarding where I was in the process. What questions can I ask if I don’t know what to ask in the first place. Next time I will go through my own bank."

"I was referred to Elite Recreational Finance by the Marina that we've purchased our boats from. Prior purchases were handled by another Finance Co that was lets call it an "extremely frustrating and horrific experience with a lack of Respect". I was given a direct phone # of the contact, Sandro Sierra and upon speaking with him, I got a good feeling. He was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to speak with which deflated my anxiety right away. Sandro treated me like he knew me for years and didn't lay any "salesman BS". He took my information and explained what I had to do and fill out. When I came across a question, I emailed him and he answered immediately. Within 2 days, he contacted me and advised that I was all set and to notify him when our boat came in. (he even contacted my dealer/marina to speak with them for information that I forgot to put in). 2 weeks later, we hit a Major "Boat Snag" in which our boat was delayed by 2 months. I contacted Sandro and right away he said "Ron, don't worry about it, your good, just let me know when it comes in and we will take care of it". We then found out that our boat was very delayed and we found another one. I contacted Sandro and told him the situation and we had to change a few things around (not being brand new) and the next day he called me and said "Ron, your all set" and he got me a fantastic rate even being a 2 yr old boat. His team emailed me with the docs that needed to be signed and completed and they even caller the seller making sure he understood what he needed to complete. They handled everything and called me to make sure I understood the documents and they were also extremely pleasant and respectful. Within 5 business days, it was complete and we were standing on our new boat. Even the seller commented on how professional and courteous the team was when they contacted him.
