"By far, one if the best banking experience I have had in the past 30 years and by far better service than Wells or Bank of America. The first representative who helped me in opening my account was amazing and has relocated to a branch near his home. Today, for the 2nd time, I have dealt with Nicole Escobales and have encountered superb service as well. She is well informed, pleasant, presentable and attentive. She was patient and addressed all issues then had them resolved. Thank you for your outstanding service. Bank is,clean albeit empty, could have been the time of visit. We were promptly greeted as we entered."

"This bank is a joke!!! Literally froze my funds and closed my account and couldn’t get access to my money because of so called fraud!!! lol long story short my father passed away and they wrote me a check from his account with remaining funds and i deposited it and now they shut down my account cant access any of my money and have all kinds of transactions going into account in which now iam screwed over on that too.. Literally had this bank for maybe a month or so!!! joke stay away"

"Well other then reaching out several times back in July when I opened this account with Jennifer Brook's! She was helping out at this branch. Brought a promotion to open up a account, With qualified deposits you can get any wear from 200.00 to 400.00 within a 60 day calendar period . wait for it and I quote ....you must maintain a 2500 balance lie #1while going through paper work preparing for the the year ending in January...to my surprise not true all I had to do was and I excited the term's and conditionings. Taking several steps I'm of course try to get what is owed to me is like pulling teeth so now I'm reaching out to the owner of this Bank to please believe in fair banking procedures not misrepresented round robin excuses I have my terms and conditions I've made all the calls I'm not going anywhere! And just deposit the amount that I opened this account part 1 personal account deposit the correct amount that the terms and conditions are .. please and thank you! P Miss Brooks Will not return my calls !"

"Came here to open a business account instead was treated very unprofessionally from the assistant manager “Kimberly Bruno” she was fake smiling me then at the same time gave me a racist stare. Witch I right away called her out for! Instead of apologizing she just handed my paperwork to someone non white and said “HERE” I finished opening my account with that girl but right away complained to TD Bank directly about this abuse. No one should be teated this way... and if you were a victim by this abuse. I urge you to complain to TD Bank directly through the 1800 number. People like this should not be hired in a work place. It makes a bad impression on a business. If you are racist keep your views at home and don’t bring it to work! I will be back.. Next time I’m not going to be so friendly"
