"Horrible place! None of the employees know what they are doing. I've been calling to check on my closed account for a month now and all I get is lie after lie. These people are completely stupid. They are supposed to be able to help but they don't! Plus they don't even speak English well. Isn't this America and we speak English? I wouldn't ever bank with them again and I was with them for 10 years now. I hope they go out of business!!!!!?"

"This bank is so bad....customer service is so bad they have 2 lady's working the counter and window so just to cash a check takes them 20 min and then they screw up your deposit and want you to wait another 20 min to fix it. The ladys at the counter are Rude...The people in that bank that works there they could care less about you.. And it shows..I made a call friday to the branch manager. And still has not return my call.. I think itd time to find a new bank.."
