"Never had a positive experience at Chase Bank. Every time they are working against you. Never had a fraudulent charge or theft in my life but I am treated like a criminal every time I'm at Chase. Apparently having a business account and a car loan through Chase does not exempt you from their personal check cashing fee. They probably won't even cash it anyways. Even if the person who writes it has a Chase account, they'll find something wrong to not cash your check."

I feel mistreated and angry with the way they processed my case, I had been in a joint account with my American citizen husband for more than 3 years and due to a bad procedure on the part of the employees of that bank my account was closed without prior notice without even a call to let us know which brought problems in all my payments and credit, it is a lack of respect for my person More than a month trying to solve my situation to finally let me know that my account was definitively closed, my advice to you bank workers!!!! Please inform yourselves of how each USIS case works so that the government's procedures are respected, do not act the first time and respect your clients, which I believe should be your greatest responsibility."
