"I deposited a check in my account. Instead of putting the money in my account they took it out and sent it to the person who gave me the check! This place is totally inept and not to be trusted with anything. Put your money anywhere but here. Zero stars."

"This banks alarm has broke more than once and if you live in the neighborhood near it like many of us do, it means you are subject to its incessant loud blaring day and night. For hours on end. My husband works from home and cannot focus because of the sound. All last night it was screaming and it would not let me sleep. I put in ear plugs, but they didn't help. I ended up having to sleep with my heavy headphones just to drown out the sound some. I wish they would fix their alarm once and for all or close down the Bardmoor location as its become a nuisance to us living near by."

The Branch Manager Danielle and Tiffany in Account Services have always gone above and beyond to assist with me with any questions or needs. I have only used the ATM a few times but never had issues as stated in other reviews. I would recommend this bank and this branch if your looking for a big bank with small town appeal."

"I have been banking here for years, 2 of the tellers know my name and I get exceptional service. They are gone now, and the short dyed blond hair older chain smoking woman tha took their place is terrible in every way. She either entered my deposit wrong or stole my cash. A manager called me saying he had to take $350 out of my account I was outraged. I always keep my deposit slips and they have cameras all over. I told him what happened and gave a description of the teller. She was so incompetent I remembered the incident clearly. He understood and said we have to grin and bear it. He might have to but customers shouldn't. So if a sour faced woman who smells like an ashtray waits on you keep your receipts forever, you may get a call too."
