"I visited this location yesterday afternoon within the last hour of the day, and despite one of the workers being new, they were all very helpful and efficient. And even from just one sentence venting about the hurricanes impact on me, the experienced employee doing the training told me about their hurricane relief program, and got me a refund that made a much larger impact than the clerk could know. Though I already recommended chase when asked this has only made me want to more."
