"The staff at this facility is great and they are very knowledgeable. The only issue I have Is that Ruston and West Monroe share the same number which is weird and doesn’t make any sense being that no one ever answers the phone and you have to leave a message. Lord forbid you miss the call and have to call back again and leave another message for them to call you back again. There is never a direct number to call someone and actually talk to them and it’s very frustrating. The really have to do better about this"

"THIS OFFICE ROCKS!!!!! The ladies that work in the West Monroe office are extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and were able to educate me on diabetes, which was lacking previously. They don't just want to throw medication at you without education. The insurance I previously had was not accepted at their office and I paid out of pocket for the visits, as well as the medication not being covered, due to such a high deductible. Rebecca (in the Ruston office) helped me to find an insurance that their office accepts AND covered the medications that were working for me. Megan Kavanaugh is excellent to work with, giving the best advice and what to do to keep my diabetes in control. With their help, my a1c has dropped from a 10 to a 6.8 in 2 months. I LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!!"

"My initial thoughts of this facility were awesome. When I needed someone from this facility to go to bat for me, policy procedure and lack of options as far as times or office visits did not allow this. This facility needs to get caught up with the times. I had to reschedule one appointment because of surgery, one because of a family death the day of the appointment, and because my facility was short staffed due to having 2 employees out on medical leave. I understood that there was a time restraint limiting the ability to call in medicine. I requested if I could come in to do my lab work, get my current vitals, drop off my devices and do a telehealth visit. Over the phone the operator did not want to assist me. I was left on hold until I pulled up to the office requesting that someone help me. I was then allowed to stand another 10 minutes until being told that even if they had my lab work and left my devices so that they could see my current everything, a virtual visit would not be allowed. In my experience the actual time within the office with a provider is probably less than 10 minutes. As someone who who works in health care, I now recognize the need for a variety of options to meet clients where they are. I am currently awaiting an appointment with another facility. It is time to update your policy and procedures for office visits."

"Love this clinic. Everyone you meet is so caring and understanding. They are willing to work with you within the confines of your comfort. No arguing about "what's best", just "how can we work with you to help you?". I would recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with this horrible illness - from the newly diagnosed to the "pros".
