"Staff unable to provide correct information about banking services. Loan service for mortgage poorly executed and horrible and unproductive experience. Very poor business representation for 53 bank. I keep wandering if this is how they conduct business. Very disappointed in the mortgage loan encounters and experience. They did not prepare us for closing even though we searched for home with preapproval for 6-8 months before finding home, making the experience dreadful."
