"Postal incompetence at its finest. Item was supposed to be available for pick up on 8/10 after the letter carrier "attempted delivery" on 8/9. I wasted half an hour of my day off only to be told it was "probably still on the truck" by the person behind the desk. At least I found out that letter carriers will mark "attempted delivery" when running behind to avoid actually having to deliver your package, so there's that. Going to waste my lunch hour now going back there, good times!"
"Unbelievably lazy I was home all day yesterday. I received a text my package have been delivered. I went to my mail bocmx they left a paper says that sorry we missed you.. I was home I live in 3rd floor they were too lazy to bring to box.they marked it as delivered then they left a paper for me to pick up the package at their office..I just had surgery I can't drive . The package is stuff I ordered to clean my wounds..I call the post office in progressive avenue 34104 to reschedule delivery nothing. Don't EVER PICK UP MY PACKAGE IF YALL CANT BRING IT TO ME"
"Parking is an "experience". When I walked in to pick up a package, there were so many signs posted all over the walls of the entryway, it took some looking to figure out how to get some help. I finally found a button to push for assistance. At least I got my package."
"Our mail lady is so disrespectful. We do not currently have a key to our mailbox and working with the owner of the condo to get a key. We have identification and have been given our mail multiple times by the previous mail man. He warned us about this mail lady and her attitude issues. She wears her headphones and acts like she doesn’t even hear you when speaking to her. We were refused our mail today and she was extremely disrespectful when she FINALLY acknowledged that we were standing there asking politely for her attention."
"Naples USPS (34104) is horrible. They failed to deliver my held mail then would not answer the phone when I called them 3 times letting the phone ring 4minutes each time, before it auto-disconnected me. I ended up having to go to the Progress Blvd location to get my mail 4 days after the held mail was supposed to be delivered to my address. Totally inept."
