"The movers arrived at the time promised. They had all the equipment needed to move my items safely and securely. The movers were friendly and courteous. I will use this company whenever I have to move."

"Wish there was a minus one star..we moved in February and it took them till June till they resolved our damage claim. It was for a new handle on my frig which was removed to get thru doorway. No call backs when we called many excuses including part out of stock. We found part online purchased and fixed ourselves. I didn't claim a lot of other scratches and nicks to things. One mover kept trying to move furniture thru a door way that was too small. Tried to tell him but he didn't understand English.. We used Expedient four years ago for a move and it was perfect. Very disappointed with this move..would not recommend to any one."

"Not only did they overcharge But they did not even bring my mattress and I have a missing brand new highchair in the box retails up to $200 That they knew was supposed to be moved, and it did not make it . Now they’re trying to tell me that that’s my fault because everything seemed OK at the end of my move And it wasn’t until later that I found out that they stole from me. Not only this, but One of the Movers texted me asking to tip them after overcharging me . Now the company Is attempting to gaslight me."

"I hired Expedient Movers to move a 2/2 apartment, 3.5 miles down the road. While moving the furniture out, the lead mover was using the wrong tape. I told him that it was not for furniture. While I was packing my car he used it anyway. When the movers offloaded the furniture they ripped off the tape and damage occurred. (Please see pictures below). My couch was also delivered sopping wet as well, I did take a video of me wringing out the water from the cushions into a bin but it was too large to download. They said they would wrap the couch and they did not. They did not put a bed back together and did not give me all the hardware to do so. Finally, there was a mover named ****** on the crew. He saw the other two movers ripping off the wrong tape that was used and ruining the finish of the TV cabinet and the antique gateleg table. He told me he would make sure that no one lied about it. I still paid the $417. I was quoted for job and sent all the pictures to the claims department as I was told to do. I was told that I owed more money than I was originally quoted ($556.)and therefore they were dismissing my claim. Just a really horrible, costly (fix or replace damaged items) and totally disheartening experience. They should be ashamed of themselves for not doing the right thing."

"Hired Expedient Movers recently and the two guys were great. The biggest negative for us was the very old, ugly truck. We expected they would arrive in the trucks shown on the website that looks professional. It was quite embarrassing to have such a dirty old truck in our driveway. For this reason, we would not use them again."
