"Avoid this company. Unfortunately A&J did not provide the service they were paid to perform. We paid them to fix our fridge and Vincent seemed eager to fix the issue but after collecting cash he avoided our phone calls and never completed the job. (We had another company come in and fix the issue in 2 hours or less.) After talking and explaining the situation to the manager he offered to send money and apologized for the bad service. That check never showed up which we were not surprised about. Many great companies in this area and this is not one of them. Avoid or be scammed"

"Called company, who came out on 2/17/24 to diagnose and repair ice/water line. They were to order filter housing replacement and paid $220 through Venmo to technician, Vincent Mineo. Told me they would return in a week. Since that date, no one has ever returned to complete the paid-for job. I left many, many voice messages and text messages, but no one has ever given me an answer as to when they would return to complete the job, nor have they refunded my money. Now they said they would be here this morning 3/22/24 before 11:00 a.m. and it is now 5:15 p.m. and NO ONE CALLED, RESPONDED TO TEXTS NOR SHOWED UP. SHAME ON A&J for the terrible customer service and taking my money and skipping out on me. JUST BE AWARE!"

"Vincent returned my call on a Sunday and was able to do the repair for my dryer on Monday. Able to diagnose problem quickly and provided report to my warranty company over phone in order for me to receive partial payment. Very knowledgeable. Good customer service."

"Spoke to the office and immediately received a window of time for a technician to come. Technician arrived very professional and worked diligently to repair my dishwasher. The unit was unrepairable due to age. Parts were comparable to buying new They offered recommendations for the best brands and places to find a replacement. Tony was very kind, knowledgeable, and I would absolutely call them again."
