"Honestly. When I go in the store there's any women at the front desk. I don't even go there until I see a dude come up to the counter, the amount of mental anguish. I have to go through because these ladies have no business at a part store. literally called ahead and some girl Set my part aside with my name on it. Then I get there and they don't have the parts but they say they're in stock. Put the can't find them anywhere. And the puerto rican girl with the glasses in the multi color hair has no clue. I miss my man Lewis. He was always on point. I literally walk in the store and circle it till I see a man get near the counter. Then I go up and ask for parts. This. Is just an honest review.I'm not a chauvinist.I just don't think females belong for long in a car part store if they Don't have the slightest idea of what they're doing. And it's not just here. "On Sunday morning I was having trouble with my Kia and Carrie and Vilma they helped us above and beyond duty they are really nice people and if you have something wrong with your car take it to them they will help you diagnose and help you get it fixed and they'll even loan you the tools to do it with thank you again Carrie and Vilma God bless"
"A huge thank you going out to the service associate that helped me by changing my battery. The dealership quoted me four times the price and told me the battery couldn’t be changed without removing part of the engine in my Mercedes. Orlando changed the battery in the parking lot for free in 100 degrees. He was reassuring and went above and beyond with his customer service skills to work in a timely manner to get me back on the road while I was on call."
