"More than willing to help. I had to get my phone reactivated Elvin didn't over overcharge me like they do at the largo mall location (don't go there). Was easy going and very polite. Didn't try to sell you everything in the store like most places. Highly recommend going to this location."

"Went here to get a new phone...the girl who works on Saturdays was very pushy and gave incorrect info. I wanted an upgrade and she told me the prices listed for the phones were only for new phone numbers and that I would need to pay about $140 more for the phone. I went online and found the same phone for $30 cheaper PLUS I called another Metro store and was told that this girl was incorrect and the price listed in the store would be the price I would pay...not $140 more like she told me! The guy who usually works at this store is awesome.....definitely wouldn't go back if I had any issues if she's working that day....felt like I was being scammed."
