"I showed a a picture for long soft curtain bangs. What I got was choppy, a lot shorter than I asked for hair. It’s horrible I tried to explain to the owner (she cut my hair) that the angle should’ve been outwards not in towards my face, she disagreed and said I could style it! Wrong! I tried to no avail. It looks like I got an 80’s hair cut! I asked for as little of my hair to be cut( no more than 2 fingers) got more like 4 fingers! I know my hair was damaged but I’m afraid of the scissors for this very same reason! I hate how puffy my face looks with my hair short! The girl in the first chair for mens haircuts 100% wonderful job she did on my son, was very sweet and patient. But the owner, I’m sorry she did me wrong!"
