"First I believe in giving blood, period. They people at the center are great friendly and quick as possible. The corporate however are shady!! Think they would tell the center, we aren't sending cards out ever. They got to download app, redeem points, go thru hostile customer service. Guess after your thru it, if you do something other than just donate whole blood, it's worth it. But don't expect vilatant to be honest online or on the phone."
