"Worst customer service I have ever received. Waited 8 weeks for order only to be told when I called it had not been placed. So I said I would pay cash I asked if I needed pay but said just pay when I pick up .Called back today only to be told they were not ordered . I have emailed office manager requesting and never received. Highly recommend fo not use this office. Dr was great staff is horrible"

"My daughter had an ingrown toenail corrected by Dr. Shelley Brand and I can not say enough about how great the experience was! Dr. Brand explained the procedure in detail, gave us the options and explained the potential outcome of each option. Aesthetically, she made my daughter’s toenail look completely normal after healing and this was very important. We wanted a podiatrist who was skilled with pediatric podiatry care and Dr. Brand far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend her and her outstanding office staff to anyone in search of podiatry care."

"My husband is a patient of Dr. Brand, she herself is a great doctor, but the staff omg they are horrible. My husband is a veteran, and when the referral runs out of date the doctors office has to CALL and get it updated do that he can continue treatment but girl in office REFUSED to call VA. My husband can't do this doctors office has to do. So we are waiting trying to figure this out . We can't afford to pay for the visits ourselves. This is his VA benefits we need to utilize."
