"The staff was great on the inside my issue was with the receptionist. I mean what do they do because their job not so much. I was there for only 6 sessions and I thought things were going great except when my sessions ended and I needed more all the receptionist would say is my provider needed to approve more I basically had to do their job. I called my provider I called the Dr I made the arrangements to get more and when I got the letter that I got approved for me which I’m sure they got a letter too I never got a call back. I remember when I e be had my surgery my provider called me and asked if they had called me yet to schedule an appointment I said no so they had to put us on a 3 way call to make the appointment . I mean if you don’t want to do your job just say so."
