My mom had a hip replacement there and my sister's bilateral knee replacement. All three of us are amazed at the level of skill by this practice. Want it done right? Make an appointment. You won't be disappointed!!"

"My husband had hip replacement. And his doctor extended his time to go back to work. But latonya said she did not have time to confirm that to his insurance. So they cut off his short-term disability and she said it would take her at least five days to have time. She was very unhelpful and very unconcerned. We will not go back as long as she is there. It's sad that one person can controll your s t disability . And it has to be someone like her. We will pass this on to everyone we can"

"I had a full knee replacement surgery scheduled for March 7th but have been forced to cancel. For two and half weeks I tried to get information about setting up a payment plan and/or financial aid, because I don’t have insurance and I’m self pay. I was strung along and led to believe this was an option, only to be told it is not, one week before my surgery. Then I purchased insurance with Cigna and was told because I purchased it through marketplace it is not excepted. For over two weeks I was given the run around passed from person to person, no one communicates with each other and no one had an clue how to help me. I have spent hundreds of dollars that I couldn’t afford for test’s and appointments and have missed time from work and countless hours with emails and phone calls, all for nothing. I should have been told from the very beginning none of these options were available or excepted, instead you all have completely wasted my time, money and have made this entire process a living hell. Your contact email is also worthless because it will not allow enough characters to leave a detailed message."

"This is maybe not the best place to go for a sports type injury. I saw Matthew Watson PA because to see the doctor was going to be months out. I saw him in November for my knee because I had fallen down the stairs of our RV and my knee was swollen and had a weird bulge at the top. Matthew did some range of motions and explained it was probably just a minor meniscal tear that would heal over time. If it did not improve call the office and they would schedule and MRI and another appointment. Fast forward to December and things are still not good so I called as instructed. The front desk lady asked me if I had an MRI done and I said no. She scheduled me another appointment. Had the same conversation with Matthew he did not mention doing the MRI like before so I figured it was not necessary. He still did not seem concerned and gave me a cortisone shot to help with the healing. As of April still not better so I got a second opinion. The PA at the new office listened to all my concerns and explained why I had the funny bulge. He immediately ordered and MRI. MRI revealed I actually have a torn ACL in addition to the meniscus. Matthew was nice but I don't feel like he listened to me and since I was not in pain decided I was good."
