"Very dissapointed, I received all that I need to do the test by myself, after the test results they called and gave me an appt to pick up the machine I went to pick it up and there was no one there, wait for 15 mn. They called back but I was so disappointed and decided no to proceed with them, but they charged me around $ 500 and got nothing just the test results."

"Scammers. They called to get information to obtain insurance approval and told me they would call back to schedule delivery. They called with the amount from insurance but I wasn't able to call back until the following week were the amount went up from the week before. They then told me that someone else would call me back to schedule the delivery. Wait....what? Things continuously changed with them but I was attempting to get it done before a doctors appointment. They delivered a defective machine which I didn't know was defective until they posted inconclusive results. I followed the instructions to a T, watching the video numerous times, but there was no one to reach out to at the time to insure I had done it properly. No one reached out to me after the fact and when I contacted them I received no assistance. Now I'm getting a bill from another provider I can only assume is associated with them, which there was no mention of. Run from this group, if your doctor refers you tell them no. Do NOT do business with these people."
"Had to give this pathetic sleep center a one star so I can post. They deserve zero stars for the way they treat people! My mother called this sleep lab to set up for an appointment and they are VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! They picked up the phone, proceeded to YELL they are at lunch right now and immediately hung up before my mom can say anything to them! After what just happened, my mother was shocked and upset on their behavior, she no longer is interested in doing the sleep study. Please, go find another sleep lab that have respect for human beings!"
"Crystal in customer service was extremely helpful to me. Juan the technician @ the sleep center was very knowledgeable, friendly , professional and personable, The sleep lab was very clean , quiet and comfortable! I enjoyed my stay, even though I didn't sleep well, but that's why I was there! Thanks"
