"My husband & I have been patients for many years & have great faith in Dr. Quinby-Graves. She is a wonderful doctor and takes time to listen to her patients as well always answering your questions. Her staff is also very friendly and at the same time very professional. I recently had my first hydrafacial with Terra who was the best! She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing as she went through the procedure. She made me feel very relaxed and also answered my many questions. I left with a glowing and very smooth complexion!! I can’t wait to have my second one!!"

"Good: Dr. Gustovich is amazing. She made me feel comfortable. She takes her time and listens. It’s so hard to find nowadays great doctors. Bad: Botox with Terra. Results were totally unsatisfying, I truly had the feeling it was injected wrong. The situation wasn’t handled professionally afterwards her attitude was not welcoming, including judging facial expressions. Also, if something wasn’t done right the first time, the patient shouldn’t have to pay again… I felt so uncomfortable which lead me to the decision I won’t visit this place anymore. Bad: you get a surprise bill from their out of network pathology, nothing was mentioned about this while being in the office and paying up front hundreds of dollars - surely they don’t offer the option to pay in rates."

"I had my first visit at Magnolia Dermatology yesterday and it was great from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, I did not have a long wait time, and Dr. Gustovich and her assistant were wonderful. They both listened to my skin concerns, answered all my questions, and provided me with solutions to address my skin issues. I also asked if they knew of any SPF for darker skin tones and lucky me, they had some in-house I was able to test and it looked great on my skin so I had to purchase a bottle. I might also add that the office is quite lovely. The magnolia etching in the wall is very pretty. I will definitely recommend Magnolia Dermatology. Everyone there is A++! Thank you!"

"The dr. is great, kind and professional and appears genuine, the young lady at the front desk checkout was cold and indifferent. The med spa experience was terrible, not only the treatment didn't do anything for my skin, they sneaked in expensive skincare products and a tube of caked-up sunscreen upon check-out without prior communications or asking whether the products are for the right skin type. They turned out to be very irritating and drying for my skin. The caked-up sunscreen quickly formed into a ball rolling in the tube. Very dodgy practice. Go to the dr. but skip their med spa."
