The optometrist we saw, Dr. Zaborowski was excellent. He was very thorough, caring, and helpful. The only negative comment was when we were being checked out. The lady made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. Otherwise, everything else was pleasant. Will definitely continue to use them for my future eye care needs."

"As I read through previous reviews by other customers, I see that the ridiculously rude office staff is an ongoing problem. I agree with the one-star reviews previously added here. I scheduled an eye appointment about two weeks ago. After that, I received an annoying number of texts reminding me about the time and date. Fine, I have heard that people don't show for appointments in Las Cruces, so I let that annoyance go. I went in on the scheduled day and time. When I was greeted by the receptionist, she insisted that I would have to have my eyes dilated. I explained that I had been to another eye doctor here, had my current prescriptions and only needed to see a doctor about getting contacts, since the ones I have needed to be tweaked. She insisted that I could not do that, and that if I didn't get my eyes dilated, I would have to pay out of pocket. (money first at this place) I said that was fine. She then brought in the "manager" who insisted that I would have to have my eyes dilated for the exam. Mind you, these are not eye professionals; the doctor was not involved. These ladies were programmed to say what they were saying and didn't have the critical thinking skills to get past that program. No problem; I agreed to pay out of pocket. The tone they took was unprofessional and, as I said, there was no critical thinking involved at all. If a patient doesn't fit into their usual daily routine, they can't figure it out and refused to ask for help. I then said that was fine, and I would write them a bad review for their lack of professionalism and their inability to think anywhere outside a box to help people who don't need the only thing they know how to provide. I promised them a bad review, and here it is. I absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Find a doctor who cares about eyes, not just money. Find a place that employees trained professionals who can think past their noses."
