"Absolutely awful service, talked to a lady by the name of Katy there. Wouldn't even talk to me unless I showed proof of my referral which I would not be calling if I had. Finally took me an hour to fax over due to the errors they were having with their fax machines. Soon as she received it I called back and she tells me she has to wait for the doctor to accept my referral. Given, my referral is not complicated and I do not have any serious issues. However, I wasted all this time tailoring to this office yet an expectation was never given till the very end. I had to call another doctor because I cant even imagine the nightmares I would have next."
