"Stay away from this office, they only care about money. They terminated me from this location so I cannot be seen there or any of the HCA affiliates in the KCMO area. No refill of my medication, only have 3 pills left. I tried rationing them so I could make them last until I could find a new doctor and had a seizure yesterday. Emily Nelson the practice manager doesn't return my calls and is always "gone" for a few days when I can reach the office. I've made a records request that has fallen on deaf ears and no return for that as well. Please if you value your health as well as your family find somewhere else."

"If I could give zero stars I would. In a way Dr. Block tried telling me on my first visit with her I have been miss diagnosis in 2011, that I don’t actually have seizures. Even looking back at past EEGs I have done she still didn’t believe I have seizure. Wanted to run a bunch of unnecessary test. She also refused to fill out legal papers that my work required me to have, allowing me to miss work after having a seizure or seizure like symptoms. I went to the office asked for a new referral but was told they could not do that. I went to my regular doctor who got me a referral to KU. My first visit at KU was way more successful than the 2 visits with Dr. Block. Highly do not recommend her unless you have money and time to waste."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Block for 5 years. She has always been patient, helpful, and explains things well. If she isn’t sure about something, she asks and isn’t afraid to make a referral if needed. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Today I saw Nurse Practitioner Carma Curtin. She was condescending and confrontational. She did not give me a physical exam. She shot down any of my ideas often without explanation. She was not open to any referrals and when I asked about a follow up for my MRI she told me they were all booked and they would call me."

"Excellent experience. Dr. block listened carefully to me as I explained my symptoms, she reviewed my last visit six years ago and told me in easy to understand what to expect in the future. I could not have been more leases with my visit."

"i liked the staff and doctor but I really didn't get any answers. no appointment was set up for me to return so i kind of feel like it was a waste of my time. I'm just not really sure how to feel about this practice."
